For me, yoga helps bring more balance, peace and strength into my life. Using the healing power of breath combined with movement, I’m able to cultivate healing and wellness into my life every day.

I decided to get certified as a yoga teacher to share this gift with others. My goal is for you to leave our session feeling more grounded and strong.

  • The only requirement to start a class with me is an open mind. I offer options for all levels, including first timers. If a student is hesitant to start in a group setting, I encourage a one on one session to begin.
